The house sleeps 8 people in total, divided into 3 bedrooms with 2 very luxurious bathrooms.
Our holiday home is beautifully located in a very quiet area by the sea. Within no time you are on the beach. All you have to do is follow the dune path.
The bungalow is single-storey and wonderfully clear.
Upon arrival, you will find the driveway where you can park 2 cars. The entrance to the house with its spacious hall leads you to the bright living room with large windows. The modern open kitchen with bar arrangement connects to the living room and garden. Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious utility room equipped with an extra fridge freezer and washer/dryer combination with also storage space and side exit. The house has underfloor heating throughout.
The house has a lovely cosy seating area overlooking the garden and a cosy oval dining table where games can be played. 

The fully equipped kitchen has an induction hob with integral extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and combi-oven. From your bar stool, you can enjoy watching whoever is cooking in the kitchen.
From the living room, you walk straight to the spacious terrace located on the sunny south with cosy dining area and several comfortable lounge sets with outdoor fireplace. The lovely hot tub with outdoor shower are beautiful in the evenings with a full starry sky above you.
A lovely spacious garden facing south and a large sunny terrace where you can dine and BBQ until the late hours and then lounge by the crackling wood on the outdoor fireplace or relax in the hot tub.
Of course, a spacious storage room is not lacking for bicycles. You can also easily store all your kite and surf gear here.
There are a total of 2 beautiful luxury bathrooms. A luxury bathroom equipped with walk-in shower with rain shower/hand shower, floating toilet, washbasin and design radiator. The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin walk-in shower with rain shower/hand shower and design radiator. A separate toilet is located next to it.
The house has 3 spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed 180×200 and wardrobe with sliding doors to the terrace. The second bedroom has a 180×200 double bed and a bunk bed (90×200) with wardrobe and sliding door to a small terrace located on the … The third bedroom is located on the other side of the bungalow and has a 180×200 double bed with its own terrace and its own luxurious bathroom equipped with walk-in shower, floating toilet, washbasin and design radiator.
This detached villa which sleeps 8 people is the perfect accommodation for any family with small, growing and large children or two families.
The children have also been thought of, they can jump on the trampoline in the garden if they have not already lost their energy.
Dune6 is located in a corner on a cul-de-sac, so no traffic passes by and the privacy is very nice.
