Minimum stay 7 nights (Sat-Sat)
Check-in between 16-18 hours at pre-arranged time
Check out before 10 a.m.
At the final inspection, you must be present in person at the pre-arranged time with the hostess
Rental for leisure and tourism purposes only
Smoking and the use of electronic
Smoking devices are not allowed in the house
No open fires allowed only at designated areas
No parties or events allowed
No renting to under 25s
Subletting is not allowed
Music outside after 23:00 is not allowed. Please be considerate of each other and our neighbours.
Only use the paved roads, grass areas are not for riding.
On the Polderbos you are allowed to drive max 10km/hour.
Entering & using the Hot tub is at your own responsibility.
Lock windows and doors securely when leaving property.
Loss of house key incurs a charge of €200 so keep it safe.
Use of the trampoline is your own responsibility
Use of the outdoor fireplace is for your own responsibility.
As a tenant, you are responsible for any damage caused by the tenant or fellow guest during the stay.
On departure, please deposit towels in the bathrooms or in the pantry.
Please dispose of rubbish yourself in the appropriate bins/glass bins at the beginning of the street Polderbos.
